| राजा को अपनी सेना के प्रति सत्यनिष्ठा का व्यवहार करना चाहिए। शत्रु के राज्य में उगाई गई फसल को अपनी सेना के घोड़ों और बैलों द्वारा रौंद देना चाहिए। उसे शत्रुओं पर तभी आक्रमण करना चाहिए जब उसका अपना पक्ष शक्तिशाली हो और अपनी दुर्बलताओं पर ध्यान देता रहे।॥10॥ |
