कर्मस्विहानुरूपेषु न्यस्या भृत्या यथाविधि।
प्रतिलोमं न भृत्यास्ते स्थाप्या: कर्मफलैषिणा॥ ६॥
अनुवाद
सभी सेवकों को उनके उचित कार्य में लगाना चाहिए। जो राजा अपने कर्मों का फल चाहता है, उसे अपने सेवकों को ऐसे कार्यों में नहीं लगाना चाहिए जो उनकी योग्यता और प्रतिष्ठा के विरुद्ध हों।
All servants should be employed in their appropriate work. A king who desires the fruits of his actions should not employ his servants in such works which are contrary to their ability and dignity.
