बाणवद्विसृता यान्ति स्वामिकार्यपरा नरा:।
ये भृत्या: पार्थिवहितास्तेषां सान्त्वं प्रयोजयेत्॥ १५॥
अनुवाद
जो मनुष्य अपने स्वामी के कार्य में तत्पर रहते हैं, वे अपने लक्ष्य की प्राप्ति के लिए धनुष से छूटे हुए बाण के समान आगे बढ़ते हैं। जो सेवक राजा के हित में लगे रहते हैं, राजा उन्हें मधुर वचन बोलकर प्रोत्साहित करता रहता है॥15॥
Those men who are devoted to the work of their master, move ahead like an arrow shot from a bow to achieve their goal. Those servants who are engaged in the welfare of the king, the king keeps encouraging them by speaking sweet words.॥ 15॥
