नारीणां चिरवासो हि बान्धवेषु न रोचते।
कीर्तिचारित्रधर्मघ्नस्तस्मान्नयत मा चिरम्॥ १२॥
अनुवाद
स्त्रियों का अपने भाइयों के साथ बहुत दिनों तक रहना अच्छा नहीं है। इससे उनकी कीर्ति, शील और सतीत्व नष्ट हो जाता है। अतः उसे तुरन्त पति के घर भेज दो।॥12॥
‘It is not good for women to stay with their brothers for a long time. It destroys their reputation, modesty and chastity. Therefore, send her to her husband's house immediately.'॥ 12॥
