राजा ने कुछ देर तक ध्यान करके मन में निश्चय किया। फिर शोक और क्रोध में डूबे हुए राजा ने अविरल आँसुओं की धारा बहाई और विधिपूर्वक जल का स्पर्श करके समस्त मंत्रियों से इस प्रकार कहा -॥4-6-47॥
The king meditated for a while and made a decision in his mind. Then, the king, who was drowned in grief and anger, shed a continuous stream of tears and after touching the water as per the prescribed method, spoke to all the ministers in this manner -॥ 4 6-47॥
