अर्जुन उवाच
न व्याजेन चरेद् धर्ममिति मे भवत: श्रुतम्।
न सत्याद् विचलिष्यामि सत्येनायुधमालभे॥ ३४॥ |

| अर्जुन बोले - प्रभु ! मैंने आपके मुख से सुना है कि धर्म के मार्ग पर चलते हुए कभी बहाना नहीं बनाना चाहिए । अतः मैं सत्य की शपथ लेकर शस्त्र स्पर्श करता हूँ कि मैं सत्य से विचलित नहीं होऊँगा ॥ 34॥ |
