न स तं प्रतिजग्राह नैषादिरिति चिन्तयन्।
शिष्यं धनुषि धर्मज्ञस्तेषामेवान्ववेक्षया॥ ३२॥
अनुवाद
परंतु धर्मज्ञ आचार्य ने उसे निषादपुत्र समझकर धनुर्विद्या में अपना शिष्य नहीं बनाया, बल्कि कौरवों को ध्यान में रखकर ही ऐसा किया॥ 32॥
But considering him to be the son of a Nishad, the religious Acharya did not make him his disciple in the art of archery. He did so keeping the Kauravas in mind.॥ 32॥
