| उस समय मन्त्र जप में तत्पर वीर एवं बुद्धिमान कर्ण के लिए इस पृथ्वी पर ऐसी कोई वस्तु नहीं थी, जिसे मांगने पर वह ब्राह्मणों को न दे सके। |
