प्रियता-रति: "हिरणी-सी आँखों वाली स्त्रियों में पाई जाने वाली वह रति जो स्त्रियों और कृष्ण के बीच आठ प्रकार के भोगों का मूल कारण है, प्रियता-रति कहलाती है। इसे माधुर्य-रति भी कहते हैं। इस रति में तिरछी नज़रें, भौंहें हिलाना, स्नेह भरे शब्द और हल्की मुस्कान आदि शामिल हैं।"
