हे राजन! जब वृत्रासुर नेतृत्व में सारे असुर युद्धस्थल में उतरे, तो उन्होंने देखा कि राजा इंद्र हाथ में वज्र लिए हुए थे और वह रुद्र, वसु, आदित्य, अश्विनी कुमार, पितर, वह्नि, मरुत, ऋभु, साध्य और विश्वदेव से घिरा हुआ था। देवताओं के साथ वह तेजस्वी दिखाई दे रहा था। उसकी चमक असुरों के लिए असहनीय थी।
O King!
