अत्यंत व्याकुल मन से उन साध्वी स्त्रियों ने अपने बच्चों को अपने सामने रखा और फिर समस्त प्राणियों के स्वामी के आगे भूमि पर लेटकर साष्टांग प्रणाम किया। वे अपने पापी पति के लिए मोक्ष और परम शरणदाता भगवान की शरण चाहती थीं, इसलिए उन्होंने विनम्रता से हाथ जोड़कर उनके निकट पहुँच गईं।
Those pious women, with very anxious minds, brought their children before them and then fell on the ground and prostrated themselves before the Lord of all beings. They wanted salvation for their sinful husbands and to seek refuge in the Supreme Protector of God, so they came to Him with folded hands humbly.
