तत्-पत्नीभिर् उपानीतम्
अनर्घ्यं रत्न-भूषणम्
वस्त्र-माल्यानुलेपं च
तत्-फणेष्व् एव सो ’दधात्

नाग-पत्नियों ने कृष्ण को वस्त्र, सुगंधित लेप, पुष्प मालाएं और अमूल्य रत्नजड़ित आभूषण अर्पित किए और कृष्ण ने इन्हें सर्प के फनों पर रख दिया।
The wives of the serpents offered Krishna clothes, fragrant ointments, garlands of flowers and precious jeweled ornaments, and Krishna placed them on the hoods of the serpents.
