दृष्ट्वैव कृष्णं तम् अदृष्ट-चेष्टं
मोहं गतास् ते ’स्य वयस्य-सङ्घाः
आच्छादितं यं वन-वीथिभिर् ये
’नालोकयन्तो न जिजीविषन्ति
अनुवाद
ये अनेक युवा मित्र वही बालक थे जो वन-पथ पर क्षण भर के लिए भी कृष्ण को न देख पाने पर जीने की इच्छा खो देते थे। और अब जब उन्होंने कृष्ण को निश्चल देखा तो वे सब मूर्छित हो गए।
These many young friends were the same children who, on the forest path, had lost the will to live if they hadn't seen Krishna even for a moment. And now, when they saw Krishna motionless, they all fainted.
