दृष्टे ’पि शाम्येन् मयि तन् न दुःखं
विच्छेद-चिन्ताकुलितात्मनां वै
हर्षाय तेषां क्रियते विधिर् यो
दुःखं स सद्यो द्वी-गुणी-करोति |

| अतः मेरे दर्शन करने पर भी उनका दुःख दूर नहीं होगा। मेरे वियोग के विचार से उनके हृदय इतने व्याकुल हो जाएँगे कि मैं उनकी प्रसन्नता के लिए जो भी उपाय करूँगा, उससे उनका दुःख दुगुना ही होगा। |
